It's Okay!

Do you do all of the work?

This is one of my favorite questions to answer because with so many design agencies out there, clients find it surprising that it's possible to work with just one person.

Yes. You're hiring me so I'm the only person that will be doing the work. You will get my undivided attention during the entire duration of the project and after if you need to run any ideas by me.

What do you do?

I'm a freelance graphic designer from Central Connecticut that specializes in brand identity design. Many projects start with logo design followed by other deliverables that make up your brand identity such as: graphic design, stationery sets, website design and other promotional materials.

I work with clients from all over the world to position their brands higher than their competitors, resulting in strong brand identity and increased profits.

I'm in a different country, can we still work together?

Of course we can still work together! With technology these days, it's easy to complete any project working remotely while still maintaining open communication on a daily basis with my clients. With my iPhone, we can talk regardless of location through phone calls, text messages, emails or Skype.

Communication is key.

Don't get me wrong, I love to meet my clients in person because nothing beats grabbing a cup of coffee and going over project details. So if you're in the Central Connecticut area, I'm ready to go!

How long will it take to complete the project?

This is another common question, with a lot of clients thinking that great design takes little time. In order to ensure results, there is a strict design process that must be followed for every project, no matter the size.

Typically, projects take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months to complete depending on the size of the project and the deliverables needed.

There may be times when something needs to be produced in a shorter amount of time. Depending on my projects that I'm working on at that particular time, arrangements can always be made.

How much does it cost to work with you?

This is the question that I get asked the most. It's a valid question, but there is no answer that will work for every company. Because every project is different, every quote will be different.

Once the initial contact is made, I'll sit down with you and listen to your unique needs so that I can properly quote the project.

I've contacted you and we've discussed the project details, what's next?

Once I've listened to the project details and created a design brief that outlines the goals, deliverables and timeline, I require a 50% deposit (30% for larger projects). The final deposit will be due once the project deliverables are ready to be sent to you.

Payment can be made using cash, check, credit card or PayPal.

What will I receive working with you?

Like I said before, every project is different and requires unique deliverables. Some of these could include logo files, stationery sets, website design and promotional materials on top of the support and direction that will be offered by me even after the project is over.

This all sounds great, can we start today!?

We may be able to start today, but please get in touch first to discuss my availability at this time. My primary concern is my current clients and projects to ensure that they are executed in a way that will generate results.
